We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the historical center. The location was perfect, very close to the main areas and just a few minutes' walk from the Baixa Chiado metro station. The hotel facilities were clean and contemporary, with modern furnishing and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit, making sure we had a fantastic time. the rooms were perfect, clean and beautifully decorated. the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. And the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants.

One small issue we had was with the air conditioning in our room, but we were able to open the windows and enjoy a cool evening after some rain. it was a little strange not seeing any staff upon arrival, but once we got used to the concept, it wasn't a problem.
